Our program is thoroughly reviewed by both national and international organizations. In addition to EuropeActive (EHFA) EQF licensing, we are also accredited with Active Sweden’s PT license, which is the highest standard for personal trainers in Sweden.

The difference between the All Inclusive and Flex Distance programmes lies in the structure and the support offered. Flex Distance is for those who want to study at their own pace and already have good practical knowledge of training. All Inclusive, on the other hand, provides more support and includes more practical elements, which can be beneficial if you want a more hands-on education.

We can keep our prices low by combining distance learning with physical meetings. Through our collaboration with partners such as Fitness24Seven, where we hold the practical meetings, we can also avoid the costs of expensive office space. It’s as simple as that!

An application is a great way for you to ask questions, think things through and get in touch with someone at EBT Academy. An application is non-binding. When you apply to attend one of our courses, a place will be reserved for you depending on availability. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to book your place when you feel ready. It is important to us that you choose the right PT training course.

Our distance learning PT programme is divided into three blocks. First, you will gain access to our digital learning platform where you can read literature, watch videos and take quizzes. This is followed by live lectures held on Tuesdays to Thursdays between 6 and 9 p.m., which are also recorded so that you can watch them afterwards. Finally, there are practical exercises at gyms in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö or Umeå, where you will have the opportunity to apply what you have learned.

All our lectures and exercises are recorded, and you have unlimited time to complete the entire course. If you miss a physical day, you can make it up when it suits you.

You can retake our theoretical exam an unlimited number of times. We offer personal guidance and a customised study plan to help you pass the exam.

EBT Academy requires that you are at least 18 years old. Otherwise, we do not have any prerequisites; the idea is that you will learn everything you need during the programme!

You will gain access to our self-study platform on the same day you register. The earlier you start, the more knowledge you will gain before the live lectures.

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of registration. After 14 days, a cancellation fee will be charged. You can read our general terms and conditions here.

Absolutely! EBT Academy collaborates with both large and small employers to give all our students the opportunity to start working immediately after graduation. We guarantee that everyone who completes our PT training will receive a job interview with our partners. As a student, you will also become part of our alumni network, where you will have access to experts in various fields, such as doctors, physiotherapists, athletes and marketers, who can help you with all kinds of questions. In addition, we offer free training courses twice a year, which is a benefit for our alumni.

Our All-Inclusive Training includes both EuropeActive’s international PT licence and Active Sweden’s PT licence.

EBT Academy courses are not eligible for CSN funding.

A large part of the training is conducted digitally. Practical components are held in Malmö, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Helsingborg or Umeå. It depends on where you wish to pursue your education.
