How does payment in instalments work, and is it interest-free?

We offer 6, 12, 18 and 24-month interest-free instalment plans. For 24-month instalment plans, an invoice fee is added; otherwise, there is no interest or fees.

Do you help people find jobs?

EBT Academy collaborates with both large and small employers to give all students the opportunity to start working immediately after completing their exams. We guarantee all students who have completed our PT training a job interview with our partners.

Is the education eligible for CSN?

EBT Academy courses are not eligible for CSN funding.

You will learn about the role of diet and nutritional requirements in achieving long-term results in health and fitness.

Training in theory and practice:

The course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of training. You will gain a unique insight into how an evidence-based personal trainer should think, perform and act. You will acquire solid theoretical knowledge in the field of training science.

Physiology, anatomy and science:

What actually happens when we exercise? What changes occur in the short and long term, and why is it important for you as a future personal trainer to understand these changes? Here you will hear our doctors’ perspectives on the whole issue. You will receive a basic overview of anatomy, physiology and source criticism. How can we easily sift through information, and what are reliable sources of information?

Psychology & prehab/rehab:

Encourage your clients to develop new habits, learn the fundamentals of personal training, and how to design training programmes based on each individual’s needs and circumstances. As a personal trainer, you must consider each client’s specific circumstances. This means that you must be aware of any previous injuries and assess any potential risks. In this module, you will learn the tools you need for both rehab and prehab. We will go through biomechanics and rehabilitation of various injuries.

The course covers both theoretical and practical aspects of training, including different training methods and training programme design.
